Cavapoo Terms & Conditions

This scheme is for reserving a space on our Cavapoo waiting list by placing a deposit towards your future puppy. Please think carefully before deciding to have a puppy and ensure you have the time and resources to support a puppy long term and are secure as you can reasonably be in being able to provide a lifelong home for your puppy.

Please also ensure you have chosen the correct breed to fit your home, lifestyle and  circumstances. There are breed guides on our website and we are happy to chat over the phone re breed selection.

By completing the form and placing your deposit your are committing to the future purchase of puppy and we are reserving your place on our list. We will keep you informed of your place on the list as and when pups become available that suit your requirements. Please use the options below to let us know if you have specific requirements. You can chose any within the options to be notified of all available pups.

Cavapoo F1 and F1b are priced at £2000. Black and cream pups are £1800. F1bb which we occasionally have are £1500. ( these pups are predominantly poodle) on entering this scheme you agree to the pricing above which will remain unchanged regardless of any future price increase. If there is a longterm decrease in our pricing generally that will be passed on to you. The price has Vat at 20% already included.

We agree to the following on accepting your deposit:

1. Within a 12 month period of entering the scheme we will offer you a puppy that meets your requirements detailed in this form or return your deposit in full subject to the conditions below.
2. We will offer pups in order of the date your deposit was received as and when they become available and have safely reached ten days old that meet your requirements.
3. We will endeavour to offer a puppy meeting your requirements at the earliest opportunity.
4. Should we offer you a puppy meeting your selected requirements and you chose not to proceed on the offer of the first puppy we will offer you a second puppy meeting your requirements from a different litter. We will then offer you a third and final puppy meeting the requirements. If after these three offers of a puppy you do not proceed you will lose your deposit. If you have very specific time requirements as to when you are able to take a puppy we advise speaking to us first to see if those dates are possible. If you are not able to have a puppy before a particular date we would not advise joining the scheme until fairly close to that date. It is almost impossible for us to predict exact dates of litters we only really know for sure what we have when pups are safely born fit and well. We do have litters throughout the year and can advise a month before birth when we have a successful scan. That does not tell us exactly what we will have born though it is an indication only. For unusual colours again its best to discuss with us first before joining the scheme.
5. Any available Cavapoo pups we have will always be offered to participants of the deposit scheme prior to being advertised generally. We only advertise Cavapoo pups after we have been through our waiting list If we have any available.
6. Should we be unable to supply a puppy to meet your specific requirements on this form within a 12 month period we will offer you the nearest equivalent puppy you can chose to decline and have your deposit refunded in full. We normally as a courtesy notify all participants of the scheme of pups we have available at any time which you are free to decline without affecting your position on the list as long as these pups do not fit your specific requirements if you have any. We do not choose your puppy for you. Choice is always made during a visit ( or video for overseas or clients unable to visit ) at six weeks of age. Please read the puppy buying process on the website.  The amount of choice you have will depend on where you are on  the list and what we have in the litter. So if there is only one boy and three girls in the litter,  you wanted a boy you  would only be visiting the one boy at six weeks and deciding if he is for you. If he was not we would move you to the next litter. If you were looking for a girl and were second on our list for a girl you would be chossing between two puppies behind first choice. We contact everyone on our reservation list once a litter has safely reached ten days old so we know at that point boy / girl ratios and exactly where you are on the list and who is likely to take up their place as some may defer to a later litter. Occasionally you could have a litter that were entirely girls or boys so if there was not a suitable puppy in that litter we would move your choice to the next litter. The higher up the list you are the more choice you have. The list constantly changes as litters are born so that is always moving. We always do our best to ensure everyone gets the puppy they are looking for.
7. Refunds of deposits out with the conditions detailed above will only be made in exceptional and unexpected medical circumstances and will require official evidence to support the claim. Changes in financial or personal circumstances cannot be considered for a refund so please think carefully before joining this waiting list. We can however in these circumstances defer the reservation to 2027.
8. You will always retain the option to decide a puppy is not for you at the six week visit. You must attend that visit which would be booked to suit your availability.
